Moved to Burlington, Des Moines Co., Iowa Territory, before Feb. 1844. Became a traveling dental surgeon; visited Nauvoo, Hancock Co., Illinois, June 1844. Testified to witnessing destruction of Nauvoo Expositor press, June 1844. Moved to California, 14 Apr. 1849; to Placerville, El Dorado Co., California, by 1850; to Branch, Stanislaus Co., California, by 1860; to Vallejo, Solano Co., California, by Mar. 1868; to Antioch, Contra Costa Co., California, by Sept. 1868; and to Ash Creek, Yavapai Co., Arizona Territory, by 1869.
