And said plaintiffs come and say that Defendents pleas No 2, 3, 4, and 5 are severally insufficient in law to bar plaintiffs recoverey whereup[on] they pray Judgt &c for want of good pleas by Defendants in this behalf And for cause of special demurrer to said pleas plaintiffs set down the following each plea is double in this that it answers several counts in plaintiffs declaration which counts are distinct & seperate said pleas are informal & defective otherwise
