Assessor and Collector of the Third Ward reported the following lots on which taxes remain due and unpaid for the year 1843 with the Certificate of the that the same had been advertized to be sold on the 15th. day of February instant between the hours of nine A. M. and three P M. which Certificate is now on file in the Clerk’s office, and prayed that Judgment might be rendered accordingly, to wit.
