Regular Communication Lodge met pursuant to adjourment and opened in due form on the third degree of Masonry. Present. W. M. S. W. J. W. Sec Treasurer Secy. S. D. J. D Steward, Tyler.

Minutes of the last meeting were then read and adopted.
Charges were then preferred against in the words following to wit.
To the Worshipful Master Wardens and Brethren of Lodge W. D.
I hereby prefer the following charges against ,
1st. For endeavouring to wrong Lodge by misrepresentations.
2nd. For speaking evil of Brethren Master Masons.
3rd. For Lying

On Motion it was adopted that be cited to appear before the Lodge on the 1st. Thursday of next month, to answer to the above charges, and that the Secy. notify him of the same [10 lines blank] [p. [146]]
