place of beginning containing by admeasurement one acre of land be the same more or less with all and singular the heridetriments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the said party of the first part for themselves their heirs and assigns do covenant with the said parties of the second part their heirs and assigns they will warrant and defend the within described land against all claims of any person or persons whatsoever In testimony whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the day and year first above written

I a justice of the peace within said do certify that and Fidelia his wife whose signatures appear to the foregoing Deed and who are personally known to me to be the persons described in and who executed the same acknowledged that they had executed the said conveyance for the uses and purposes therein mentioned. And the said Fidelia Colton having been by me made acquainted with the contents of said Deed and examined seperate and apart from her said acknowledged that she had executed the same and relinquished her right of dower to the same freely voluntarily and without compulsion of her said

Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to Hold the above described premises unto the said his heirs and assigns forever.
