<Block 4 s Addition Ex > commencing at the South West corner of said Lot thence North Seven hundred thirty eight and one fourth links to the centre of Hotchkiss Street thence East one hundred seventy-two and one half links to the centre of Warsaw Street thence South Seven hundred thirty eight and one fourth links; thence West one hundred seventy two and one half links to the place of beginning be the same more or less Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining.— To have and to Hold the above described premises unto the said his heirs and assigns forever. And the said and Lucinda G his wife their heirs and assigns the aforesaid premises unto the said his heirs and assigns against the claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever, do and will warrant and forever defend by these presents defend. . . . . . In testimony Whereof the said and Lucinda G his wife of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year above written.
