This indenture made and entered into on this twenty eighth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three between of the county of and State of of the first part and of the county of and State of of the second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars current money to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part before the delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien release and confirm unto the said party of the second party his heirs and assigns all his right title interest and claim of in and to a certain tract of land or lot of ground situate lying and being in the county of and State of and known as being the south East ten acres of the South West Quarter of the South West Quarter of Section No 20 in Township No 7 North and Range No 8 West of the fourth principal Meridian To Have and to Hold the aforesaid tract of Land or lot of Ground to gether with all and singular the appertenances, improvements and privileges thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to the only proper use benefit and behoof of the said his heirs and assigns forever And the said for himself and his heirs does by these presents covenant to and with the said that he will forever warrant and defend the title to the said trust of Land or lot of Ground to be free from the claim or Claims of himself and his heirs and all other persons Claiming by through or under him and also from the claim or claims of all and every other person or persons whomsoever In testimony whereof the said has hereunto subscribed his name and affixed his seal the day and <month> and year above written <first> above written
