and Perry Davis was elected Ensign of same company
On the 11th day of May 1844 was Elected. first Lieutenant in the 2nd Company 1st Bat in the place of who did not accept his commission and 3 Lieut in the place of , removed and Ensign.
On the 18th day of May 1844 the Regiment was called out to <the regimental> parade according to law and Major resigned his commission and Capt was elected in his place, and was elected Capt of the 4th Com. 2 Bat in the place of Capt , promoted
June 1st 1844.
The Court of inquiry and assessment of fines met at the residence of Col ’s according to previous notice
