Then organized with Subaltern officers according to the statutes of the s and received legal and lawful commission from for the same. <I> Thinks sometime in the latter part of the winter s.d Joseph smith moved <to> the district of country the saints had purchased & not far from this time it was set into a county and it was called <& he> s.d.
