And the said for herself her heirs and assigns, administrators and executors do warrant and defend forever the title of the lot or piece of land against every person or persons claiming by, through, or under her in any manner, or any other person whatever. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my name and affixed my seal this 7th. day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three.

Know all men by these presents, that Ethan Kimball of the County of , and State of , has this day for and in consideration of the sum of one Hundred dollars in hand paid by , of the County of and State of , bargained and sold unto the said a certain lot or piece of land lying and situated in s addition to in said and last mentioned, as will more fully appear by refference to the plot of said addition, being the South half of Lot No seventy-seven (77) in Block No one (1) of s addition to the town of . To have and to hold the above described lot or piece of land with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Ethan Kimball for himself his heirs and assigns administrators and executors, do warrant and forever defend the title of the lot or piece of land against every person or persons claiming by, through, or under him in any manner or any other persons whatever. In testimony whereof he has hereunto set his name and affixed his seal this 23rd. day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty-three.
