Now these were the generations of Terah, Terah begat Abram Nahor and Haran and Heran begat Lot. and Heran died before his father Terah in the land of his nativety in Ur of the Chaldeas, and Abram and Nahor took them wives and the name of Abram’s wife <​was​> Sarah <​was​> Saraih <​Sarai​> and the <​name of​> Nahor’s wife Milcha the daughter of Haran, the father of Milcha and the father Ischa <​of​> Iscah but Sarah <​Sarai​> was barren and she bare no child and Terah took Abram his Son and Lot the Son of Haran his son’s son and Sarai Sarai his daughterinlaw his son Abrams wife and they went forth with them from Ur of the Chaldeas to go into the land of Canaan and the<​y​> came unto Haran and dwelt there and the days of Terah was two Hundred and five years and Terah died in Haran.
