That the charge had been fully sustained & that those <​that​> persisted in this course of conduct the concell with draw fellowship from them voted to wi the councell unanimously voted to withdraw fellowship from those that persisted in course above named then called on the congregation they unanimously <​voted​> to receive the decision of the councell The couneill then voted to receive the confeshion of Broth R H Dustin & wife A complaint against Broth Hirum [Hiram] Stratton by the Clerk of the seventyis stating that for his ungodly conduct they had withdrawn fellowship from him The[y] considered by his conduct <​by marrying contrary to the law​> he had cut himself off from church & further voted that he no more be considered a member of the church & that this decision be published in the elders journal the Councell adjourned untill Monday evening next
