is entitled as compensation for her dower, is to be credited on the decree herein in favor of said .
I further report that the total amount of money received by me upon said sales is three hundred sixty two dollars and seventy five cents, and the balance left in my hands as commissioner out of the proceeds of the first sale in this case, made in April 1851, as stated in my report of said sale made to this Court at its July term of A.D. 1851 was three hundred and eighty five dollars and five cents, which sum I reported to the Court as held subject to the order of the Court, and which sum has never been drawn from my hands.
This balance of three hundred and eighty five dollars and five cents left in my hands from the proceeds of the first sale added to the three hundred and sixty two dollars and seventy five cents received by me as above stated from this sale of November last concerning which I am making this report, makes the sum of seven hundred and forty seven dollars and eighty cents out of which I have paid the cost and expenses of said sale as follows:—

I further report that the total amount of said sales including the sales to the and also the cash sales to individuals is seven thousand two hundred and seventy seven dollars and seventy five cents [p. 685]
