| Commission on $2710.30 at 5 per cent | 135.50 |
| Total of charges and expenditures | 932.20 |
| Leaving in my hands as commissioner subject to the order of the Court | 385.05 |
| Making the amount of cash receipts | $1317.25 |
| Adding the amt. of bids | 1393.05 |
| Makes the Total of Sales | $2710.30 |
I further report that the costs taxed in this case by the of this Court at the December Term hereof A.D. 1850 amount to $264.42 which sum added to $932.20 paid out by me as above stated amounts to $1196.62 and said sum of $1196.62 deducted from $2710.30, the gross amount of said sales, leaves the sum of $1573.68 to be applied as a credit on the amount found due to said complainants by the decree rendered herein at the last term of this Court.
