bill filed herein, directed to the Marshal of the District of returnable to the next February rule day.
This day, to wit, the fifth day of December in the year last aforesaid came the complainants by their and filed their supplemental Bill herein.
Which is as follows to wit:—
And the said complainants again come and by way of supplemental by leave of the Court first had and obtained say that since the filing of the original bill of complaint herein they have discovered that the said Joseph Smith deceased also died seized of the following described real estate situate in the District of to wit:—
