Elder Snider had appeared very backward about fulfilling the Revelation <​Revl​> of concerning him, and felt that he could not do it unless the 12 would furni[s]h him means, when he was more able to furni[s]h his own means, as all the elders were obliged to do when they went on missions, or go without.
