<​13​> Monday 13. Attended a General Council in the Lodge Room to devise ways & means to furnish the poor with labor. Many of the Eng Saints have emigrated Gathered to , and most of whom are unacquited [unacquainted] with any kind of labor except spinning weaving &c.— and having no factories in this place, they are troubled to know what to do. Those who have funds have more generally neglected to gather, and leave left the poor to build up the , & the Kingdom, of God in these last days
