And thus all things were confirmed <​unto Adam by an holy ordinance​> & the Gospel Preached & a decree sent forth that it should be in the World untill the end thereof & thus it was amen.
Genesis, Chapter 6

the genealogy from Adam to Enoch & plan of salvation &c

<​1​> And Adam hearkened unto the voice of God, & called uupon his Sons to repent. <​/​> And Adam knew his wife again, & she <​2/​> bear a Son, & he called his name Seth. & And Adam glorified the name of God, for he said, God hath appointed me another seed in stead of Abel whom Cain slew. & Aand God revealed himself unto Seth, & he rebelled not, But offered an acceptable sacrifice like unto his brother Abel. & to him also was born a Son, & he called his name Eanos. <​/​> And then began these <​3/​> men to call upon the name of the Lord; And the Lord blessed them; And a Book of rememberance was kept, in the which was recorded in the language of Adam. For it was given unto as many as called upon God, to write with <​by​> the finger <​spirit​> of insparation; And by them their children were taught to read & write, Having a language which was pure & undefiled. <​/​> <​4 <​1​>/​> Now this <​same which presthood which​> was in the begining, which shall be in the <​continue​> end of the world <​als​>. <​/​> Now this prophecy Adam spake, as he was <​5<​2​>/​> moved upon by the Holy Ghost. And a genealogy was kept of the Children of God And this was the Book of the generation of Adam, Saying, In the day that God created man (in the likeness of God created he him) in the image of his own body. Male & female created he them & blessed them & called their names Adam, in the day when they were created, & became living souls, in the land, upon the footstool of God. <​/​> And Adam lived <​3/​> one Hundred & thirty years, & begat a son, in his own likeness after his own imge <​image​>, & called his name seth. & the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth, were Eight hundred years. & he begat many Sons & daughters. & all the days that Adam lived were Nine hundred & thirty years; & he died. <​/​> Seth lived one <​4/​> hundred & five years, & begat Eanos; & prophecied in all his days, & taught (his son) Eanos in the ways of God. Wherefore Eanos prophecied also. & Seth lived, after he begat Eanos, eight hundred & seven years & begat many sons & daughters. <​/​> And the [p. 14]
