Sir called a little while sinc & wanted to come in. the gard would not, we have since learned that he wantd to take us before the Magistrate, and we have sinc learnd there is some exsitimet because we did not go— & we wish to see you withot delay.
We have are informd that has said that they can do nothng with us only by powder & ball as we have done nothing agist the Law—
