Sir called a little while sinc & wanted to come in. the gu[a]rd would not, we have since learn[e]d that he wantd to take us before the Magistrate, and we have since leard there is some excitimt because we did not go— & we wish to see you withot delay.
We have are informed that has said that they can do nothing with us only by powder & ball as we have done nothing agist the Law—
