Verily thus saith the Lord, concerning the wars that will shortly come to pass, beginning and arising out of rebellions like unto the one of South Carolina: and it will eventually come to pass, that war shall brake out and te[r]minate in the death and miseary of many souls; and the days will come that war will be poured out upon all nations, and it shall go forth, beginning upon this continent; for there will be a division among the people; for behold the southern states shall be divided against the northern states, and other nations will be stirred up unto war also, and even the nation of Great Britain, as it is called; and they shall also call upon other nations, in order to defend themselves aga[i]nst other nations; and thus war shall be pourd out upon all nations. And it shall come to pass after m[a]ny days, slaves <​those​> who are held in bondage shall rise up against those who hold them in bondage, and shall be martialed and disiplined for war.
And it shall come to pass also, that the remnants who are left of the land, will martial themselves <​and​> also <​shall​> become exceeding angery, and shall vex the Gentiles with a sore vexing vexation. And then with the sword, and by bloodshed, the inhabitants of the earth shall mourn; and with famine and plague, and earthquakes, and the thunder of heaven, and the fierce and vivid lightning also, shall the inhabinants of the earth [p.
