“The Subject of the Memorial (O H. C. 11, 12) Plot”

Since congress had decided againt us, ) (M. S. 6)
Constitution. A hail storm has visited Carolina, some of the stones are said to have measured 9 inches circumference, which swept the crops, killing some cattle. Insects are devouring crops on the high lands, where the flood of the country have not reached, & great commercial deistress prevails everywhere.
