Sec. 1. Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of , that no Tavern or Ordinary shall be kept in the City of , without a License being first had and obtained therefor, which License and the Person or Persons by whom such License shall be obtained, shall be subject to such conditions regulations, and Penalties, as shall be provided for by Law, at the date of such License, or at any time [p. 70]
