eye be single to the glory of God, thine <thy> whole body shall be full of light. But if thine eye be evil; thy whole body shall body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that <which> is <8/> in thee be darkness, how great shall be that darkness <be.> <8/> No man man can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one, & love the other; or else he will hold to the other one, & <9//> dispise the other. Ye cannot serve God & mamon. <9//> And again, I say unto you, go ye into the world & care not for the World; for the world will hate you, and will persecute you, and will turn you out of their Synegougs; nevertheless, ye shall go forth from house to house, teaching the people; and I will go before you; and your Heavenly Father will provide for you, whatsoever things ye need for food, <&> what you shall eat; & for raiment, what ye shall wear or put on. Therefore I say unto you, take no thought <for your life,> what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your bodies, what ye shall put on. eye be single to the glory of God, thy whole body shall be full of light. But if thine eye be evil; thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light which is 8/ in thee be darkness, how great shall that darkness be. 8/ No man can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one, & love the other; or else he will hold to the one, & 9// dispise the other. Ye cannot serve God & mamon. 9// And again, I say unto you, go ye into the world & care not for the World; for the world will hate you, and will persecute you, and will turn you out of their Synegougs; nevertheless, ye shall go forth from house to house, teaching the people; and I will go before you; and your Heavenly Father will provide for you, whatsoever things ye need for food, & what you shall eat; & for raiment, what ye shall wear or put on. Therefore I say unto you, take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your bodies, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than 10/ meat, & the body than raiment? 10/ Behold the fowls of the air, for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gether into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. For which of you by takeing thought can add one cubit unto his stature? And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lillies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin; and yet I say unto you, that even Solomon, in all his glory, was not arrayed like 11/ one of these. 11/ Wherefore, if God so clothes the grass of the field, which to day is, & to morrow is cast into the Oven, how much more will he not provide for you, if ye are not of little faith. Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? Or, What 12/ shall we drink? or, Wherewithall shall we be clothed? 12/ Why is it that ye murmer among yourselves, saying, We cannot obey thy word; because ye have not all these things; and seek to excuse yourselves, Saying, that, After all these things do the gentiles seek? / Behold, I say unto you, that your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
