18th For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof For the law was administerd without an oath and made nothing perfect and <​but​> was only the bringing <​in​> of a better hope by the which we draw nigh unto God.
Inasmuch as this high Priest was not without an oath by so much was Jesus made the surety of a better Testament
21th For those priests were made without an oath.
Note— the 22 21 verse is to be placed where the twenty second stands and the 22nd is conected with the 20th and written on the book
" 26th a an— and made ruler over the heavens
27th And not as those high Priests who offered up sacrifice daily, first for the sins of the people their own sins, & then for the sins of the people; for he needeth not offer sacrifice for his own sins, for he knew no sins; but for the sins of the people. & this he did once when he offered up himself.

V[e]rse 4th therefore while he was on the earth, he offered for a sacrafice his own life for the sins of the people. Now every priest under the law, must needs offer gifts, or sacrafices, according to the law.
