2 P.M was brought before Mayor Court for disorderly conduct. in resisting & abusing the police in their duty. fin[e]d— $25.00 & cost his son Lysander Dayton for same offence 10 days hard labor & subsequ[en]tly for contempt of cou[r]t 10 days more on the public streets.—
