The then said there is now 40 members in good standing in the council We can select 10 more and fill up the quorum.
It was agreed that the brethren have the priviledge of recommending those they may please as worthy of a seat in the council, but that the reserve to himself the right to select such men as shall seem to him wisdom.
The following persons were then recommend by sundry ones as worthy of this honor, to wit: , , , , , Wm. Snow, , , , , , , , , [p. [322]]
