The Council was opened by singing by
After much consultation it was.
1st Resolved That be sole proprietor of the printing establishment.
2nd Resolved— That every order, sent from upon Joseph Smith, jr., , and , shall be rejected, untill a be recieved from their agents at .
3rd Resolved That the Clerk be authorized to inform those agents, of the proceedings of the Council, by writing.
4th Resolved— That the High Council authorize the , to give President an acre of land upon which he now lives, also, give up the obligation he now holds against him.
5th Resolved. That the take the house from off the hands of Joseph Smith, jr and dispose of it as he pleases.
6th Resolved That a committee be appointed to labor with , , and Joseph Smith jr, keepers of publick houses, that they keep a good orderly houses, and have no drinking, swearing, gambling, and debauchery carried on therein.
7th Resolved— That Benjamin Benson & Daniel Shearer, be the aforesaid committee.
8th Resolved That the High Council use their influence to have dispose of his land, to obtain money to further on the printing buisness.
The Council adjourned.
