The High Council of Zion met in , Thursday, July 26th 1838.
When it was ordered by the Council, that the be authorized, to furnish the Clerk of this Stake with a Blank Book for him to keep the record of the names of the members of this Stake in.

An appealed case was presented by John Patten against certain Brethren, follows:
“To the Presidency and High Council of , Greeting.
The undersigned, feeling very much agrieved, by the report of a committee of Elders, appointed by the quorum of Elders, of , to investigate a cause of complaint presented to said quorum, by David Frampton, against the subscr [p. 154]
